Practice Aims & Philosophy:

We strive to provide the best service we possibly can at all times, in a caring, friendly and welcoming environment. We aim to maintain the highest standards in accreditation and also information technology, with an ongoing commitment to further education and current therapies and techniques.

Background & History:

Dr. Laing has been practising in Townsville for 30 years. And for the past twelve years from the surgery located at 403 Ross River Road, Cranbrook. The surgery is approximately 2 minutes from Stockland Shopping Centre and 5 minutes from The Willows Shopping Centre. Both major shopping outlets in Townsville. Very conveniently located with The Townsville General Hospital only 10 minutes away as are the Nursing Homes, and Private Hospitals, Path Labs and X-ray Facilities.

The building itself is an “Old Queenslander” of approximately 60 years of age, which has been completely restored in the tradition of the period. Colour and furnishings were carefully chosen to provide a calm and welcoming haven for both patients and staff. We feel that we have been able to meet all of these objectives. We are fully GPA Accredited.

Billing Procedures:

All patients are privately billed, with the exception of DVA and Nursing Home Patients only
