Doctor For Occupational Medical Practice No provider number required

We are an award winning Specialist Occupational Medical Service with ISO 9001 Certification and have been operating for 25 years.

We operate 20 Clinics nationally with 6 clinics in QLD. Our services include acute injury treatment services, pre employment medicals, occupational health surveillance, occupational vaccinations, specialist consulting and many more.

We are interested to hear from doctors who have an interest in or experience in industrial health or in achieving specialist qualifications in the field. We also offer flexible working arrangements to help you balance work and family.

• Medical Receptionist part time/casual needed at Uni health Medical Centre to:
• Manage reception area including receiving patients, handling enquiries, processing patients, telephone calls and directing patients.
• Provide computer based administrative support services for the practitioners and practice manager including word processing and database management. Skills/qualifications
• Experience in receptionist/secretarial duties. Formal training would be well regarded.
• Well groomed appearance and friendly nature
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people
• Basic computer, internet and keyboard skills.
• Ability to manage a range of priorities, sometimes under pressure.


• Receptionist required for Specialist Practice
  
Approximately 20 hours per week, Wednesday - Friday available for an experienced medical receptionist.
Computer skills essential; general office duties include bookings and enquiries, billing, typing reports using a Dictaphone, banking, liaison with hospital and other medical staff.
